A few readers have e-mailed me this quote from a supposed interview with Ashlee Simpson conducted by Lucky Magazine before the SNL meltdown:
Lucky: What are your takes on lip-synching?
Ashlee Simpson: I'm totally against it and offended by it. I'm going out to let my real talent show, not to just stand there and dance around. Personally, I'd never lip-synch. It's just not me.
I haven't been able to confirm the authenticity of this quote or interview, but a lot of bloggers are running with it and I thought you'd appreciate the laugh.
